So much advice out there, so much advice that has very little evidence. What’s the best way to live: longer, healthier, happier.

So much information is based more on what seems right, rather than what has been scientifically shown to be correct. Dietary and exercise guidance based on moral values rather than objective fact.

This is my attempt to filter out the valid from the pseudoscience of living well.
